01

Our Role in the Financing Process

October Capital Funding LLC helps businesses explore commercial financing and may refer eligible requests to independent third-party financing providers and commercial finance partners. Any financing decision, offer, pricing, documentation, and final terms are determined by the applicable provider. Submission of a request does not constitute approval or a financing offer.

Our work can include discussing the business objective, collecting an initial financing request, helping organize information and supporting documents, identifying financing categories that may be relevant, communicating follow-up items, and referring authorized application information to independent financing providers or commercial finance partners. The exact steps can vary depending on the business, financing category, provider, and documents available.

October Capital Funding does not promise that every request can be placed with a provider. Provider participation, program availability, and underwriting standards can change, and a business may receive no financing option after review.

02

Independent Financing Providers

Financing providers are independent businesses that apply their own eligibility rules, underwriting methods, verification procedures, documentation requirements, pricing, fees, approval criteria, and transaction structures. A provider may request information directly from the business or may require the applicant to complete a provider-specific application or secure verification process.

If a provider presents an option, that provider is responsible for the written transaction terms, required disclosures, funding conditions, servicing obligations, collection procedures, and other obligations associated with its agreement. The provider's actual written documents control the transaction, even if a website description uses a shorter or more general explanation.

03

Program Amounts, Terms, and Website Examples

Amount ranges, term ranges, estimated durations, payment frequencies, and product descriptions displayed on this website are general examples of commercial financing programs that may be available through third-party providers. They are intended to help a business owner understand common market structures and are not a quote, approval, commitment, or promise that the same parameters will apply to a particular applicant.

A provider may approve an amount below the requested amount, use a different payment frequency, require additional collateral or guaranties, apply fees or other charges, impose different eligibility conditions, or decline the request. Program guidelines can change without notice. Applicants should compare the provider's written offer and agreement rather than relying on an illustrative website range.

04

Costs, Payments, and Transaction Structure

Commercial financing can be priced and repaid in different ways. Depending on the product, the agreement may use interest, a fixed fee, a purchase price and purchased amount, factoring fees, closing costs, origination charges, monitoring fees, or other provider-specific pricing terms. Payments or remittances may be daily, weekly, monthly, variable, or connected to business receivables.

Before accepting any financing, review the amount the business will actually receive, the total amount expected to be paid or delivered, the payment or remittance frequency, the term or estimated duration, all fees and charges, collateral or lien provisions, personal guaranty requirements, prepayment terms, reconciliation provisions where applicable, and default remedies. Ask the provider to explain any item that is unclear.

05

Initial Fit Screening Is Not Underwriting

The website application uses a simplified intake process to organize the request and identify whether additional review may be helpful. The financing category selected in the application is a starting preference rather than a final product decision, and an applicant may submit a requested amount even when it exceeds the general range displayed for that product because another financing structure or provider program may be more appropriate.

The website may stop submissions that appear personal-purpose, materially false, abusive, automated, spam-related, or otherwise outside the service scope. Other business-profile factors, including operating history, revenue range, estimated credit range, business-checking status, or a larger requested amount, are generally treated as review information rather than automatic website declines.

These checks are intended to improve routing and reduce invalid submissions. They are not a credit decision, approval, adverse-action determination, or substitute for a financing provider's own underwriting and verification.

06

No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

Submitting a website form, uploading documents, receiving a telephone call or email, discussing a possible product, or being referred to a provider does not mean that financing has been approved. An initial review by October Capital Funding is not the same as provider underwriting and does not create a financing offer.

We do not guarantee approval, a specific provider match, proceeds, pricing, total cost, payment amount, term, savings, funding speed, or closing date. Statements concerning possible timing are general descriptions of provider programs and can be affected by document quality, verification, underwriting, banking schedules, closing requirements, and other circumstances.

07

Compensation and Broker Fees

OCTOBER CAPITAL FUNDING LLC may receive compensation from a financing provider, referral partner, or other commercial party in connection with a referral, application, or completed financing transaction. Compensation may vary by provider, product, transaction size, or other contractual factors and can create an economic incentive in connection with a referral.

October Capital Funding does not solicit an advance broker fee from a business through this website. If a third party asks for payment in connection with an application, verify the identity of that party, the purpose of the payment, and the written terms before sending funds.

08

Business and Commercial Purpose Only

The services described on this website are intended for legitimate business and commercial financing needs. The application is not designed to request personal, family, or household financing. Applicants should submit information only when they are authorized to act for the business identified in the request.

Commercial financing laws and disclosures can differ from consumer credit rules. The fact that a business owner may provide personal ownership or guaranty information does not change the stated commercial purpose of the website request.

09

Different Financing Categories Work Differently

Commercial financing may include business term loans, lines of credit, receivables purchases, merchant cash advance structures, invoice factoring, asset-based facilities, SBA-backed financing through participating lenders, bridge financing, commercial real estate financing, and other commercial products. Similar marketing labels do not mean the legal or economic terms are identical.

For example, a line of credit can involve multiple draws and separate amortization periods, factoring can depend heavily on customer invoices and payment quality, and receivables-based financing may be structured as a purchase of future receivables rather than a traditional loan. Review the product-specific page for an educational overview, then rely on the provider's legal agreement for the actual transaction.

10

SBA-Related Financing

References to SBA financing are educational and describe financing that may be available through participating lenders or other authorized participants under U.S. Small Business Administration programs. Eligibility, use-of-proceeds requirements, guarantees, fees, collateral, documentation, and underwriting depend on the applicable SBA program and participating lender.

October Capital Funding may help a business identify or prepare for an SBA-related financing path, but any SBA-backed financing is subject to the participating lender's process and applicable SBA requirements. No website statement should be interpreted as SBA approval or government endorsement of a particular applicant.

11

Documents and Verification

Financing providers commonly request documents to verify the business and evaluate repayment ability or receivables. Depending on the product, this may include recent business bank statements, business formation records, ownership information, tax returns, financial statements, debt schedules, invoices, accounts receivable aging, equipment information, property documents, or a voided business check.

The website application uses a request-specific document checklist. It generally asks for recent business bank statements and a voided business check, can request processing statements when a receivables-based financing preference is selected, and can offer tax-return, balance-sheet, and profit-and-loss upload fields for larger requests. These website rules are intended to prepare an organized initial file and do not guarantee that a particular provider will require exactly the same records.

Each selected document is uploaded separately to private Vercel Blob storage as a temporary staging file before the application is delivered through authenticated Hostinger Email SMTP. The current workflow limits individual files to 3.5 MB and the combined active document package to 15 MB. Files may be renamed using the application reference and document category before delivery so identical original filenames remain distinguishable. A PDF application record is also generated from the submitted information, consent versions, signature record, and application reference.

Highly sensitive identity information, bank-login credentials, authentication codes, PINs, or security-question answers should not be submitted through ordinary email. If a provider requires sensitive identity or credit information, use the secure process specified for that request.

12

Privacy and Information Handling

Information submitted through the website may be used to review the financing request, communicate with the applicant, organize the file, and share authorized information with financing providers or service providers that support the process. Additional details are described in our Privacy Policy.

No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Applicants should verify the recipient before sending documents and should never provide online-banking passwords, one-time authentication codes, PINs, or other credentials that allow access to an account.
